Two I got recently:

"General error: Nice shortcut but this area does not feel safe"
-it's north philly, what could go wrong?

"Wrong driving directions: asked to be sent to kiwi yogurt in moorestown and ended up at someone's house."
-did you try knocking? maybe they had some

That one actually seems like a problem, regardless of how poorly it was reported. Refer to the wiki for duplicate cities.
