Is &env being ignored?

Those who open permalinks which are for North America or the world, are you finding that the &env variable isn't actually making WME switch? I find that I continually have to manually switch back and forth depending on where I'm looking.

I'd forgotten it was even there. I always have to switch back and forth manually. Haven't noticed an automatic switch. For the couple of permalinks I just tested, the &env variable had no effect. I'm currently on a Win 7 machine using Chrome 30.0.1599.101 m for what thats worth.

Right now, changing env is having no effect, but that's only in production.

I have an occasional problem in the beta editor where I end up on the usa environment - changing the value of env works there (just tested to be sure).

I have to switch manually in the production editor. It never switches automatically.
