"Recent Drives" lines from the Missing Road reports are still missing half the time.

The three warning system seems like too much. I would opt to send the initial request for info, a friendly reminder a couple of days later (warning it could be marked as not identified) and if no response is obtained simply closing the report.

I think it's overkill as I don't want to spend this much time managing UR communication. But there's certainly no harm in doing it this way if you wish.

As for communication, do we want to go with a 3-warning system?

First message - Response indicating what additional information is needed.

2 days later - Additional response indicating that report will be filed as 'Not Identified' if no response by X (X is set to 7 days after first message)

5 days later - Another friendly reminder that report will be filed as 'Not Identified' if no response by X

7 days later - A note saying the report is being filed as 'Not Identified' due to lack of contact, and then file the report as Not Identified.

Does this work for professionalism?

Maybe for users in the US and Canada, not true for the rest of the world.

This switch in the URL is not currently working.

Have we been updated? I'm wondering if "approximately 50 days" can be significantly less than 50 days.

Hi,

The restrictions I set on the INTL server didn't work at all. Those are all about a reversible street. Were set on past Nov 3rd, so should be already up. Actually the road (which was one way) is already presented as double way. (so routing was a mess today  )

I set it only by restricting segments. I didn't use any turn restriction because supposed the segments would be enough. Is that the missing part?

If anyone mind taking a look, a small part of the reversible street is this:

Much appreciatted

Try installing the UR Overview script. Its got all sorts of rules you can set up to hide various UR's based on their status.

I like checking the map, sometimes several times a day, to clear the place of those little !'s. This whole waiting 7 days for a person to reply thing is killing me. Is there any way that we can mark something as solved or not identified, then if the user who reported it wants to they can reply and reopen it?

I understand it can be a pain, but we editors need to think of this from the community and user-POV. Not all of them use Waze daily, and so 7 days is a reasonable amount of time to wait. Yes, that means our maps will have a few more commented-on orange pins hanging around, but in order to give users a reasonable amount of time to respond, we need the patience.

There is the possibility to have closed URs visible on the map for a time. That may become a feature of the editor in the future. If they can be re-opened or are just for visibility/reference, remains to be determined.
