sadly at the moment, we are also having a hard time getting info out of the affected areas as communication links still need to be restored. to date, most/majority of the thoroughfares remain blocked by assorted debris. from trees to electric poles to remains of unfortunate citizens.
the major/main highways are being prioritized of clearing operations to facilitate the travel of relief, search & rescue efforts.
we are very glad by the humongous outpouring of help by many countries & donations from everyone around the world!
