[[SUPPORT]] All svrs:Pending deletion panel missing username

Just a heads up that the Pending Deletion panel currently does not show the username of the person requesting deletion, so it makes it not possible to communicate with the user if there are questions about the deletion. I show this behavior on all pages of pending.

This currently affects the world and www server.

It's both WWW and WORLD server.
