Thanks for the responses, it's all set now.
Was able to re-draw it from the other segment and get the option to name it correctly.

I just wanted to delete a curve point on a road by selecting the point and hitting the trash can. Now I know I should've used the "D" key but didn't realize it at the time. So I had to re-draw the road segment. But now I can't name it. It just says NY (New York), and there's nowhere to add/edit the name. It does attach to the rest of the road, which is properly named.
Any tips?

You probably should have tried to salvage another segment (by extending it) so as to keep some of the underlying data.

You also should have just clicked Undo before saving.
