Update: I received my 3-day candy today, so maybe it's been fixed. We'll see if I get day 4 and 5 over the next 2 days.

It does seem to give you days 1 and 2 in the same week and then you get the others once a week after that. I agree that it should be changed to either let you get them all in one week or call those weeks instead of days so that it makes sense to new users.

As the Wiki states, those X day achievements cannot all be achieved in the same week. If you've only driven 2 weeks every day, then you'll only have the first couple of achievements. You should get the next one the next time you drive all week, and then the next on the following week.

There are several topics about missing points and candy already in the forum and you may find some very useful information if you search them out.

It took me a few weeks to get all the drive candy to unlock and show up. Most weeks I will notice that the points in the app are higher than those in the dashboard. Usually on Monday I will get a big point increase in the dashboard and everything matches up again. Another thing I learned the hard way is to make sure the app is not searching for the network when you close it. Closing without a data connection is a sure fire way to not get credit for that session.

I highly recommend you click on the Missing Points link at the bottom of the dashboard. When it brings you to the quick help, type in missing points. It has some good information about missing points and routes and will give you a few things to check before submitting a support ticket.

Click on support and type what you are looking for in the quick help. If none of the links answer your question, at the bottom of the page it says "Still can't find what you are looking for? Click Here".

New Wazer here, also having the same issue. I signed up 7 days ago and have used the app every single day. I got the bonus candy for my first week that I drove 2 days, but didn't get the 3 and 4 day bonus candies that I expected. I suppose that it would make some sense that they don't allow you to unlock them all in the same week, but it might save some headaches on the user's part if they come up with a simple way to explain that either in the app or on the points support page.

In the beggning of The year I Traveled more than 500 miles (850km) in a week, down here at brazil, I was on a trip from São Paulo to Santa Catarina, and I still didn't receive my candy for this achievement, please help me, who do I have to contact to get my bonus?!
