Ah, now I see the problem!

I was wondering about this UR until I looked at the aerial shot!

Not sure what the report was about, and no doubt waze was just routing around the low flying airplane :) but one thing I did notice on that screenshot is the left turn on the bend, there is some dodgy geometry there, unless it's intentional.
