I might have but it's actually a really poor shot of the corner of a huge building taken within a fenced off employee parking lot. The building is pretty big and has a large sign and flags out front.
You will need a picture of the location you need to go with your car, not a photo of the sign of some store.

I've done it myself multiple times. Report a UR, then a few days later react to it yourself and then remembering, right this was my own UR :D

Got this today,

Type: General error
Description: river is too wide here

To be fair I noticed the Mississippi was a bit wide on the map when I crossed to Dubuque , but then it's probably fine when the river is running high.
