[Request] House number validator

Within the Netherlands we've imported a complete house number database.
Now yesterday we've heard that by doing this, we kind of ruined it all 8-)
This is the list of priority with the new search:

- Waze added house numbers

- Google Maps database

- Waze imported house numbers

It would be nice to have a script that could 'edit' all the house numbers and make them priority 1.
