I'm not sure if I should post it here or to Gas prices feature: everything you need to know thread.

I was in line at a gas station today for abut 20 minutes, and couldn't figure out how to update the gas prices. This feature worked well on Android and iOS, a notification popped up and asked me if I want to update the prices. Nothing showed up on WP, so I tried to update the prices manually, but without any luck.

I am using Waze 3.7.4.5 on a Nokia Lumia 925 running WP 8 Black Update.

Regarding the groups, I noticed that if I opened the link from the World Cup message the groups were available, so it seems that this is feature is present in the app, they just forgot to include it in the menu section.

You can try restarting the phone.

Like I said before, I had the same issue with the voice download, it "stuck" at 0% download. Tried to close the app and restart it but nothing. The only way I managed to do this is to restart my phone.

That could be the reason, you can try to recreate the drive on waze.com, maybe somebody messed with the map.

Does it really learn preferred routes, or is this just a prompt for a whole new set of WP8 users to start asking why Waze never learns their route? </rant>

Hi,

I'm new on this forum but I would like to add a post to this thread.

I've been using Waze for more then 2 years now around PAris (France) and it was really helpful on an everyday basis.

I had the opportunity to replace my Nexus 4 for a Nokia Lumia 930. It's a great phone, personal data safer and so on and I was really disappointed when I discovered that Waze wasn't updated for windowsphones (Like "WT.???" o: )

For different reasons, I went back to Android with a dual-sim chinese-manufactured mobile phone... And again, Waze crashes...

Waze is indirectly encouraging you to move on to Android or iOS

Anyone else using it on WIndows Phone 8.1 yet?
I updated recently and I've been getting problems with data connectivity, resolved by turning my phone on and off again but a bit annoying.
I'm on an HTC 8X and I was wondering if anyone else experienced similar?

Cheers!

Yep same sort of issue, however I've been resolving it by exiting out of the app, turning flight mode on and off then starting the app again on a Lumia 1020.[/quote]

I've noticed that I don't actually have to exit the app to do that, you can drag down from the top to open the notification screen and do it from there then slide it back up and bingo!
