Totally caught me off guard.
What were you expecting it to say?
I was expecting - county road see tee.

I have a request for the big list. It would be really nice to have the first 8 rows frozen so you always know what column you're looking at. If you don't look at it often, it can be really daunting and confusing when you don't have the columns memorized. (or move rows 6-8 to the top and freeze them there if it takes up too much space on smaller screens)

I was just doing some testing, thanks though. I only mentioned it since it didn't look like it had been confirmed in the list.

OK, the big list says that BUS says "Business" in TTS. Would it be safe to make the following change in the Road names wiki.

From: US-90 Business S for U.S. Highway 90 Business, Southbound
To: US-90 BUS S for U.S. Highway 90 Business, Southbound

Or keep it as is?

Jane is saying:
Ashland: something like "Eis land", not "Ash land"
Trompeter: (although it's amusing) "Trump eater" not "Trumpeter"
Fond du Lac: "Fond [hard pause] du Lack" should be more like "Fon du Lack"
Waube Ln: "Wab Lane" should be "Wab-E Lane"
Allouez Ave: I forget the pronunciation given at the moment, but it should be pronounced "AL uh way"

Waze is currently mispronouncing "Cañada" of the road here and the college name here like the country name.

The locals are stirring ;)

Thanks.
Its a step better than before when it completely failed with the accent and inserted garbage in its place.
Can you tell us what it should sound like?
the ñ is supposed to make a "y" sound after the "n". It's why Spanish speakers say "hall-uh-pain-yo" as opposed to the English mis-pronunciation of "hal-ah-pee-NO" for jalapeño.

I have correction to add as well.

Shawano is pronounced how it looks (sha-wa-no). It's a local Indian name that should be pronounced "Shaw-no" (only one "a") https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lo ... s=82286310

*edit - changed "Spanish" pronunciation approximation

Based on my knowledge of the Spanish language, I think it should be more like cahn-ya-da road. I sent a PM to whatnt to check in here and give a local's perspective.

Sounds good! Thanks PesachZ and KB_Steveo.
Which sounds good? The Cañada Rd that PesachZ made, or cahn-ya-da road?
