unlock L5-L3 please

Hi everyone,
is it possible to unlock a lot of segments from L5 to L3 temporarily please:

Thank you,i think it's ok; but please wait until tuesday 29 april, i would like to test the application on monday if the international update is done ( the last one is from 22/4)...I locked every segment on level 3 for the moment.

Hello, it's ok for the "pont provisoire". All instructions are ok. You can re-lock the segment.

yes,these segments are completely closed until end 2015 ( N3 pont Adolphe )
