Anyone know the proper abbreviation for Sideroad? I thought it was Srd and had been using this, but that is pronounced "S R D". Not seeing it in the spreadsheet either.

Is this really a street type? Post an example.
In my case, it's usually when a street has a side road which leads to businesses, or the road has been replaced with a wider road and the original road left paralleling the new road.

http://goo.gl/maps/K9k52 (ignore the name, Google and Bing both have it as the same name of the main road, but other sources have it as "Srd".

http://goo.gl/maps/2KZQh (this case they have the name right).

Remember that the list is a test to learn every possible abbreviation that the TTS knows, and not necessarily a recommendation of what to use.
I consider it the authoritative list, since we don't otherwise get one from the Waze folks ;) But as you say, no abbreviation so I went ahead with "Side Road". Not that many in town, just "S R D" isn't good either. :)

Briley Pkwy is being pronounced as "Brilly" (rhymes with Billy) Parkway.
Should be pronounced "Briley" (rhymes with Riley) Parkway.

I've noticed that the ramps to I-65 sometimes say "I to 65" as well.

Is anyone looking at these and correcting them? Been almost a year since I posted this one and it's still incorrect.

Very disappointed with the new Jane. She is very hard to hear and/or understand Samantha was so much better and spoke the turn by turn directions so much better. Highly disappointed with WAZE for removing her and not giving us users a better replacement.

UR reporting mispronunciation. The text "Exit 763: I-610" sounds like "Exit 763 Essex 10". If you listen to it repeatedly it will actually sound fine. Of course, that doesn't help the casual wazer who is actually driving through the exit.

It may just need a small hesitation between ending the exit's number and starting the 'I'.
