[EDIT] All the below predates the latest update, but it doesn't sound like the update addresses these problems. Sorry - I've been trying to put this data together for hours!

Chrome version 34.0.1847.137 m
Window XP SP4 (yes, I know! I'm living on the edge! )
Installed scripts: Everything!

I suspect there's some sort of timing issue here. There seems to be an interaction with JNF and Validator, at least. I have hacked my version of JNF to correct an error preventing it enabling fullscreen, then (because the Toolbox issues were fooling me) to always set fullscreen.

I am seeing 2 behaviours. Either WME loads with Validator available and JNF able to set fullscreen mode, or WME loads with no Validator interface and JNF not setting fullscreen.

The choice of behaviour is random. If I repeatedly hit refresh, I'll see one or the other. However, it tends to go in "runs" - so it will fail a few times in a row before things start working again.

I can see a fairly consistent pattern of errors in the console for either situation:

And yes, the second one seems to say Validator has loaded OK - but the interface is missing.

Ok version 1.4.1.1 should solve permalinks issues (control panel won't appear anymore on load).

My feedback on v 1.4.1.0, Chrome, ROW:
  • No problems with Validator
  • No problems with config panel
  • No problems with panning, also not when highlighting house numbers
  • The only minor flaw I see is that the lock symbols flicker on and off a couple of times after each refresh, for instance after panning the map

With regards to the wild scrolling, it seems to only happen to me when I have the house numbers highlighting on.

bz2012 wrote:.9 'fixes' the config panel problem. (the panel pops up briefly in the middle of the screen and then goes away)

Still having problems with validator, however.

Do still have the problem getting out of draw mode.
Still hanging on save.

I still have this problem. Version 1.4.1.0.
And i can't open the Toolbox tab on the left of the screen.
I am on INT server.
As far as i can see i have no problems with Validator

Using Chrome

*Edit:
And another serious problem is that i lose my selected elements. After the panel pops up briefly in the middle of the screen all selected segments are not selected anymore.

Please fix it, its a very nice tool.
Thnx, Leo

I also had the scrolling issue, although since resetting its been fine.

Still have an issue with permalinks, the segment is not selected after opening

A third problem I seeing is scrolling going into hyper drive. Refreshing the browser resolves it for a while, then it comes back again, when trying to scroll a few meters, the display scrolls a few blocks.

Disabling the WME Toolbar, refreshing the browser, and scrolling works fine again. I recall this same issue happening some time back.

Leigh.

EDIT:  Can't even spell my own name properly!

So could you please make the update popup less intrusive? Not even Windows is at those levels :D .

For example: If I press cancel or I close the popup don't redirect me from the editor (disable toolbox if necessary).
