+1 from this Lvl6. As the other guys have said, it only splits the loop which doesn't endanger the general map and also aids assistance to the GC's if the Lvl 5 CM's can also assist.OyyoDams wrote:When I strife along the map I do not always have the breath to insert a new segment and then delete it again, just to split these faulty constructions.
What do L6 think ?

gohamstergo wrote:Can add the ability to see u-turns on ALL nodes and highlight soft turns in yellow on ALL nodes? The u-turns feature used to be there in your previous [enhanced] script, but doesn't seem to be working now. The soft turns would be a new feature request.
Also, no lock highlighting of any kind seems to be working.
Latest Chrome, latest script version.
Wanted to bump this FR. It would be hugely helpful to have the tool highlight all soft nodes (not just nodes between two segments).
Also, separately, highlight all end nodes with u-turns enabled. The consensus seems to be that U-Turns should never be enabled on end nodes (except in rare occasions that I have not come across yet)

OK wise guy...OyyoDams wrote:But of course you have to select a segment first...
I cleared everything, disabled and updated all extensions, re-enabled again and it's working now. I think one of my other scripts updated in the mean time and perhaps that was causing an issue with recognizing that a segment was selected. Thanks for checking on this, and for keeping this script updated ... top notch!

I'm going to respectfully disagree. I think the OP has a good point: there is no reason WME-Toolbox should be accessing all data from all web sites. The WME Validator and other Waze Chrome extensions are properly scoped to www_waze_com and beta.waze.com - WMET should do the same. There's no reason WMET needs to be executed against other sites that I visit, whatever they may beBellHouse wrote:But let's not discuss the details further in this thread, as this is getting somewhat specific and off-topic.
Is WMET siphoning off usage data or a dark agent of the NSA? probably not. but I think it would be prudent for us to insist that the scope of Chrome extensions be properly limited

I am using WME Toolbox v1.4.2.0 and whenever I try the blue roundabout icon 'Draw roundabout landmark to name it' I always get the 'An error occurred while saving. Please try again.' error.
Bug?
Note: Also the category is not automatically set to 'Junction / Interchange' so I have to manually edit it.

About the green button 'draw roundabout landmark' it would be nice to use the feature not only with a joint but also selecting a segment of the roundabout.
Also 'draw roundabout landmark' could be renamed ''draw roundabout place'

I suggest to make it possible to fix the position of the Toolbox's toolbar. Even better would be place the options near the Waze default buttons.
Also it would be nice to automatically hide the Waze top bar which users need to press Shift+F.

I would suggest to add a link to this thread, for example in the 'WME Toolbox plugin v1.4.2.1' field.
Also it would be nice to make possible to use the ESC to close the WME Toolbox - Help.
Very nice script
