Got the heads-up from another Champ that an editor using usa_1ltx054h at the time appears to be a bit rogue. Specifically:

• Over/Drawing PLR (he is a delivery driver so they often want all the back-way access driveways to delivery locations, etc.)
• Said well google has it so why not waze
• Said jokingly or not jokingly not going to read the wiki, blah blah blah.

What I don't know is the specific location in Washington they are. So, FYI, keep watch out for them.
