Points in Dashboard dissapeared

I just checked My Dashboard on my PC and everything has been reset to 0 eventhough I still have my score on my iPhone cliente and continue to report incidents and rack up miles, as a matter of fact My Dashboard has not been update since 6.25.2010, 19:30 according to the date on screen, what is going on?

And there is a wiki FAQ with this Q as well. There's not too many questions which haven't been asked. Not trying to be as a$$, but I'd bet you would find answers faster...

Next time, try using the search function first.

I'm realizing more and more that people really care about their points.

It seems trivial to the old timers but I think it's a part of what keeps new people coming back and participating. I hope waze improves their processing soon and makes it faster and more reliable.
