Drawing roundabouts
I did not find anything specific to this in the Wiki articles, so I'm going to ask the question here.
If we can agree that we usually draw roads by placing the segment in the middle, like in the picture below :

Then shouldn't we do the same thing for all roundabouts ?
The reason I ask is that I see many editors drawing roundabouts like in the picture below.
The road is basically on the sidewalk, and I've noticed that often when there is an automatic problem detection near roundabouts it is where and when they are drawn like this...

When I see this I usually delete and redo the roundabout like so :

Does it change anything? What do you think ?
