+1 (about the redundant restrictions)
Are we imposing undue routing penalties by restricting both exits and entrances in the event you're already in like a dedicated HOV lane?
I'm not a fan of redundant restrictions at all - even for like the construction closures (though I think those might just be temporary workarounds for bugs in that closure system). I mean, I guess it's ok for a workaround, but as a matter of general policy, redundancies like that kind of show a lack of confidence in the way the system works. Strategically, shouldn't that be addressed instead?
