Ask which one the right beer. Is it miller, coors or bud.

Right beer sounds better than Light beer!

Let me guess... the building at the UR is Safeway and the big building is the Walmart.

Add the report as you do now, then when you have access to a desktop (since you have a userID on the forum you can access the editor) go to the editor, find your UR, open it, and add any details you recall in the "conversation" tab. There is no need to wait for an editor to ask for details (which could be a week or more)
Your comments will appear in blue and as from "Reporter"

Sometimes these local guys are quick on the draw.
Last week I dropped a "missing road" report while waiting at a signal for a street that had not been added yet (new parking lot entrance, MH that was split so we needed it), then went to a vendor show.

Maybe 2 hours after I left the report, one of the local editors asked for details.

If they work for the city they can ;)

Leave a UR in Burbank CA and there's a possibility I can help you outside of the map :D

Ran across one a few weeks ago that I can't post due to the inappropriate language, but I can't tell for sure WHO the reporter was swearing at.

Something like "Can't make the turn because of construction ********"

Okay, was that "Can't make the turn because of construction, you Waze ********"

Or was it "Can't make the turn because of these construction ********"

Punctuation is important in getting your message across.

Sometimes I wonder if people's mental capacity is such that they think GPS apps are designed and maintained by State or Federal Transportation Departments.

We have had a number of people on the forum indicate that they believe that cities use Waze to find out about potholes and asking for hazard alerts to stay on the map longer.

Ok, I don't think we are on Pern or any of the other places where there are dragons. I have no idea why they are talking to this driver.

The kind of person you see in WalMart and when the PA system announces a special they grab their head and scream for the voices to stop

I actually did that last weekend... trying to discuss something with my wife and they were announcing they were giving away stainless knives... but the announcer w a s p a i n f u l l y s l o w and too loud.

With the Connected Citizens program, this might come closer to being true in some major cities: http://youtu.be/AMqbh3rqZRs

If you have an issue in Burbank, I might be able to help you... except I don't generally work the area because it is my SM's home turf, but he knows to bring physical issues to my attention.
