Done. No improvement, unfortunately. The "Oops! Something went wrong..." message still appears when looking at the scoreboard and trying to read messages in my in-box. The same thing is happening to my daughter's account/phone. We powered down the app and the phone. Still getting the error message.

Both phones are running iOS 7.1.2 and the latest version of the Waze app downloaded yesterday.

For the scoreboard no need to turn the phone off since it's a server problem, it may come back tomorrow or as soon as they find a fix

Same inbox issue here on iPhone 5S 7.1.2

Also had an issue where the previous route's ETA was shown in a strange position while the device was in portrait mode. I've attached a screen shot. This happened both when I didn't have an active route, and as you can see, when I did have an active route. When in landscape mode, it is not seen.

I've been seeing this for a few days. It started before the latest update, so it does not appear to be caused by this update.

This is my first post and I too have the issue of
The Scoreboard not working for several days,... It says:

Oops! Something went wrong... Sorry, there is a problem viewing this page. Please try again later.

So as you stated above it is a sever problem????? can you confirm

Also is this a World wide issue or just US?

Thanks

I'm having scrolling issues with 3.8.1 with ios 7.1.2 and a Pioneer avh-2500bt. Scrolling does work, but it's incredibly difficult to accomplish. Impossible to scroll while looking at favorites.

Details: It appears that in order to scroll in waze you must press on the little bands between selectable fields and slide them up or down to scroll. When looking at alternate routes for example there is a huge problem. Firstly, only the first 2 routes fit on the screen. The third route is completely off screen to the bottom. This wouldnt' be too bad if you could scroll, but you can't. The little bands seperating the selectable route fields are so small that you can't "grab" them to move the screen.

The problem is also demonstrated in the favorites. Here there is zero spacing between the favorite address. Scrolling is completely impossible. Settings menu has the same issues.

Possible solutions: Make scrolling possible by holding down on selectable fields as well as boarders. Other apps on app radio are able to do this so I don't think this is a pioneer issue. Another solution could be to expand/add the banding between fields so make "grabbing" them easier.

Thanks, so the setting must have changed if it was there to begin with previously as I don't recall setting it before.
