It looks like there may be a conflict between JNF (both TB and standalone) and WME Color Highlights. The Q button is reverting to default WME functionality when both scripts are running.
Yes, but I think that is a bug in the newest version of the editor, not JNF. Can you confirm that it never happens when JNF isn't running?doomedtx wrote:I've been getting permission errors when using JNF in conjunction with other commands. I'm guessing it might be due to the WME update, and therefore JNF might need an update too. For example, an unlocked dead-end segment is marked unknown and in the wrong place. I move it to the correct alignment, then QW to make it two-way and allow all turns. At the end I get a "you do not have permissions to make this change" or something like that. I undo the JNF actions, save, then QW again, save, no problems.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I think that if it is a dead end road then JNF will set it as 2-way. If it is an unknown direction with both ends connected to other segments then JNF doesn't change the direction.paulkok_my wrote:From my experience a segment with unknown direction cannot be solved by JNF. You need to click on the segment and change it to a 2 way.

I think that has something to do with being logged in to the editor. If you're not logged in the splash screen appears and no map data is loaded. The info that JNF is looking for isn't there so it throws an error. If you log in and reload the page it doesn't throw the error. If you reload the page without logging in the error pops up.olestas wrote:Why do I often get "WME Junction Node Fixer has failed to load due to API check: waze.map" message? It happens like in 40% time. And almost always when opening Editor for first time.
At least that's my conjecture based on experience.

Just reporting back that it is working (with slightly modified initialization routine) in Safari (via WazeBar) as well. Thanks bgodette!

Since a problem/modification in WME, JNF and others scripts are broken.
WARNING: keys W and Q fall back to the original function in the WME.

Yes! You are right. Thanks !bgodette wrote:You're not running 0.0.9.0 or 0.0.9.1 as JNF is unaffected, since 0.0.9.0 was compatible with the Beta code that is now Production. The new Beta code is a different story.mikenit wrote:Since a problem/modification in WME, JNF and others scripts are broken.

Q on its own will fix reverse connections etc
Q then W will also change roundabouts following generally accepted rules and add end nodes and 2way traffic where missing from dead ends. Be careful though, as it will remove all turn restrictions too.
An excellent script I use every time I edit.
i tried but when i press Q nothing happens, but when i press W it works.
