On the UK map, "Missing road (automatically detected)" is a map problem, and they show up OK for me (as green circles) if the appropriate problem filter options are set (Enable and hide map problems, then clear the Missing road checkbox).

If you've got an example of this type of problem that definitely isn't showing up in LMUR even after checking all the filter settings are correct, please post a permalink to its location from WME and I'll investigate further.

It's been a while, but following a bug report (thanks ditchi56 :) ) we now have a new version of LMUR...
Fixing their reported bug means that turn problem markers (the blue circles) now show up again.

I also noticed that at some point in the past I'd changed the map problem markers to green circles instead of the green squares they used to be - not sure why I made that change, and since it prevents the three marker types being differentiated by both shape and colour, I've changed them back to being squares.

As requested by ditchi56, 1.6 now enables map problems to be filtered by severity (low/medium/high). These three severity levels equate to the yellow/orange/red marker pin colours in WME.

A crx-packaged version for Chrome users is available at http://crx.chizzum.com/LMUR.crx

(and big thanks to OyyoDams for providing the previous crx version until I figured out, with more than a little help from Timbones, how to do it myself...)

1.7 adds support for "Blocked road" URs, and fixes a startup problem with the non-secure livemap URL...

They're URs that appear to be generated when people mark a road closure from within the app - see http://world.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=58864.

As requested previously by pvaladares, 1.8 now allows the use of regex syntax in keyword filters. Note that you do not need to include the /.../ delimiters around the regex string - i.e. if you want to filter URs if their descriptions do/don't contain foo or bar, simply enter foo|bar rather than /foo|bar/.

This also allows the filtering of URs with no descriptive text - enter . (a single full stop/period) into the "Hide URs not including" keyword field...

No, it doesn't. And having now had some time to look behind the scenes of the new Livemap, I can't say with any certainty that it will work again. Even if it does, it won't be any time soon - it seems like pretty much everything that Waze could have changed to break LMUR has been changed, and I really don't have the time or energy right now to start picking my way through yet another variation of hazy-Wazy barely readable codespew trying to figure out how to hook into the new map :(

Things are slowly starting to look rosier in the world of LMUR, I think I've now found all the new equivalents to the old native objects/functions I was using in 1.8, the script UI now hooks nicely into the new Livemap UI, and UR/problem data can be retrieved again from the server (thanks to the Waze coders for once again swapping the ordering of lat/lon parameters, you don't know how much easier it makes debugging when you do stuff like this...)

Currently working on maintaining the correct positioning of markers as the map is panned/zoomed, after that I need to re-enable marker popups and tidy up the housekeeping code. And then, fingers crossed, we'll have a release candidate.

Managed to resolve the marker positioning problem by going off for a rather nice meal with friends and family - on returning to the coding environment, the solution that had eluded me most of the day was suddenly blindingly obvious... With that hurdle cleared, the remaining updates fell neatly into place, with the result that version 2.0 is ready for release somewhat sooner than expected :D

The majority of the changes in 2.0 are behind the scenes, however sharp-eyed users will notice a new option lurking at the bottom of the UI - "Hide Livemap markers". Since the new Livemap doesn't appear to have any way of natively hiding the traffic/event markers that clutter up the map even more than they did in the old Livemap, this option allows them all to be nuked from orbit, leaving the map nice and clean - at least until it starts getting filled up with LMUR-generated markers instead...

2.1 should now work on localised Livemap URLs (and here I was thinking the change from world. to www. meant no more location-specific URLs, silly me...). Replaced the auto show/hide UI functionality with maximise/minimise icons next to the LMUR version text, to avoid unwanted UI scrolling on systems where the scrollbar was required.
