[NEW PAGE] Roles and responsibilities

As previously discussed, a page is needed to cover the various roles in waze, and work has been done putting that draft together. I think this page is ready to be deployed and can be further tweaked to be truly indicative of the global perspective, as time goes on. For now it will start with the draft construction box on top, until it has community approval. If you support this pages deployment, please comment below.

The first sentence under map editor has the word crown instead of crowd in it. This may need to be changed.

In the list of self-managed countries, Mexico is ROW and not NA.

Should Beta Testers and Localization really be subheadings under Experts?

For more information on the various Expert groups, please visit the Experts forum, and...
The Experts Forum is locked as Members Only, so it doesn't help to send people there for more info.

If you're going to send someone to a link for more information, it needs to be a link they can actually access. That may entail a new wiki page giving some information about the Expert program, each specialty and the minimum criteria for each.

Right now, you're telling people to go to a dead end, with nothing more available.

I don't think there is a public Expert forum that anyone can access. I think it's a good idea to mention that the Expert threads are "Request to Access".
