Area manager (671, Guam)?

I live in Guam and when I downloaded this app, there was very few roads. I have made significant progress and never see other users on island. I was wondering who the area manager is? Obviously they are not active. It just sucks I do not have permission to do everything I want to do. And requests never get taken care of.

What can be done about this?

Yes, within your Editable Areas (1 mile radius from locations you've drive), and as long as the segment isn't locked by a higher-ranking editor. Within your Area Manager boundaries, you can do all edits, including overriding locked segments by higher-ranking editors.

Sounds good. My biggest thing was with the old map, I was requesting road deletes and nothing happens.
With the new map editor. Do I have all permissions as just a normal user?

Area managers are just regular users that volunteer for more responsibility. You can become an area manager too, but please read the wiki information on map editing and best map editing practices.
