Drawing roundabouts

I did not find anything specific to this in the Wiki articles, so I'm going to ask the question here.

If we can agree that we usually draw roads by placing the segment in the middle, like in the picture below :

Then shouldn't we do the same thing for all roundabouts ?

The reason I ask is that I see many editors drawing roundabouts like in the picture below.
The road is basically on the sidewalk, and I've noticed that often when there is an :!: automatic problem detection near roundabouts it is where and when they are drawn like this...

When I see this I usually delete and redo the roundabout like so :

Does it change anything? What do you think ?

I've never seen an error on roundabouts near sidewalks. It won't change anything.

Some are to small to display correctly some are wider, i suggest to only change roundabouts if there is really a problem and leave the rest as they are. I usually place them outside of the middle, more near to the sidewalk. Cause 10m roundabouts are mostly looking shitty on the client.

For segments it is recommended that you doublecheck with the gps points, otherwise the middle of a street is default.

I'll also add, because we have a lot of roundabouts, that you will get automated Map Problems whether they're under- or over-sized. Or "just right".
