I believe I'm about half-way through my mentorship program. What a great way to help us "newbies" learn the right way to do map edits. I've read many of the Wazeopedia pages for initial instructions and "best practices", but it was going through specific examples on specific topics with my Mentor (name withheld since I haven't asked him if I can post his Username!) that I came across really pertinent "unwritten" guidance in doing certain edits. Here in the Great Lakes Region OH, USA, the mentorship program is mentioned in the GLR Chat Room several times. Finally, I thought what a great way to learn Waze. The one-on-one private channel takes the pressure off asking "stupid" questions. Congrates to the Powers-To-Be for having such a program and Thanks to those that take the time (and a bunch of it!) to work with us.

I have just entered Formal Mentoring. I am her first so it's a little slower. But she's also making sure she gets it right.

Agreed, very good way to ask a crazy question without judgement.
