URC - UrComments
Version 1.7.2
UR Comments is a script designed to streamline the process of responding to Update Requests. It can autofill the comment box based on UR type, or you can manually choose from the list of responses, depending on your preference.
URComments also provides filters and settings to show different UR types.
Note: Holding the mouse over any of the items will show tool tips describing the function or displaying the text to be used.

Old documentation can be found at

Before using the script for decision-making please read the new features slide show to see what has changed. Usage of the new features is split between the new features slide show and the new instructions.
Please note that the Filters and Auto Reminders work in conjunction with the "Reminder days" and "Close days" settings under the filter's tab.
For auto reminders and filtering, set the "Reminder days" and "Close days" settings to the days that are allowed / used in your area.
Before enabling "auto reminders" make sure reminders are allowed / preferred in your area!

Rewrite of the instructions thanks to Moweez - https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/User:Moweez/URComments_new
To translate the comments into another language there is now a tutorial on how to edit the custom comments file - https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/ ... sp=sharing
Install and edit this file directly if you wish to use your own comments.

pre-use warning this removes most of the clicks needed to deal with a UR and has a handful of options that do things automatically.
The comment lists are stored locally, for a personal backup I recommend copying the list to a google drive or drop-box account(s).
For other languages, the plan is that each language would have their own greasyfork account and manage their own list. Then the file would be uploaded to greasyfork and I would add the languageās name to the comments dropdown. Then the languages could be installed as language packs.
