Staff unlock request not completed
I requested a staff unlock several weeks ago for this Starbucks on Denman St in Vancouver. Waze staff created this on May 5, 2015, then the same user suggested a deletion on May 6th, the following day, likely because they noticed there was a pre-existing Waze place for the same Starbucks. The deletion is 'pending staff moderation' because it is currently advertised. Five months later, however, still no action.
I filled out the form for staff unlocks several weeks ago to unlock this so I can delete it - but it is still locked. How long does a staff unlock usually take? Is there an additional step to take?
