Not counting points

My points appear to be frozen in the app. They haven't changed for over a week. I'm a knight and was getting close to king. On the points paige, it says I have 0 points to go to next level, but it hasn't advanced me to king. Any idea what's wrong?

Having similar problem...long road trip and no points added. Web dashboard also displays different points than the app.

Check this first

I suggest to wait a little bit more, usually this ends up solving itself.
Hope this is the case. My points usually refresh every morning, EST time in USA but its been about 3 days since my points have updated and I've done a lot of traveling/ helping other users out :)

My points have gone down :( I had around 33K points and now I'm down to 28K. Only change I'm aware of is that I updated the app.
