Believe me I've been bugging staff about it, also about them trying to find ways to make the points system more reliable regarding points updates which are often delayed..
As far as I know, and every time they have given me an answer it was that they are aware and their team is looking into it, but apparently it's taking them some time to solve it, in any case they never said it was fixed yet, so it's a known and ongoing issue which is being looked into by staff.
