We discovered an issue that affected the daily points calculation process.

We’re working on a fix and will be deploying it soon.

If some people didn't even notice, then why would they let them know there was an issue with points, it's bad publicity for them..
So I guess they will only post it on their status page and eventually on social media where complaints were posted to give an answer to the people who were looking for information about this. Other users who care less about points or that never saw they were having points issues will probably not be disturbed.

We were told that the Infrastructure team is still working on the problem, they will surely post an update when they are finished.

Ah, I was sure that there would be a way unless the support ticket was closed...

In that case all I can suggest is to open a new one.
I can understand if you are annoyed by the situation, but the fact is that the forum is a dead-end for anything to do with checking your account, we really cannot access that kind of data. If you get another canned response, you should try to contact your country's Champs, who may try to reach staff through other channels.

[Edit] The problem has been forwarded to the team in charge at Waze so that they can investigate. No ETA on a fix yet.

Thanks for the tip ;) however it's not exactly the same issue here. That stickied thread is for reccuring "points are not updating" events, while here existing points have reverted back to 0. I'ts best to keep the issues separated.
