I am a new user and have logged multiple drives and reported several road hazards. After 3 days I am still getting the "Oops! Something went wrong. We're working on it right now. Please try again later." message when trying to access the dashboard from the web. I have tried this from multiple computers using multiple browsers. I am able to login and it shows my username in the corner of the website, but it always shows that error message on the dashboard page.
On the scoreboard section of the mobile app (on iOS) it shows "counting your first miles" and shows 0 points. Although if I click on the points menu it shows that I have earned several of the bonus points categories (first report, first 10 miles, first week with 2 days, first friend on Waze, etc).
It is possibly I may have inadvertently changed my username on the first day I downloaded the app and joined. If so is it possible that is the reason for these problems, and is the only fix for that deleting my account and creating a new one?
I am leaving for a big trip pretty soon and would love to have these issues ironed out before then to ensure get all of the points I will accumulate for that.
