No polling option available?

It seems the polling option is locked out. Is this done by corporate, or by the moderators of the board?

Since not many people seem to want to comment on proposals for guidelines, I figure maybe they are willing to hit a polling button at least? eg. 'accept', 'reject', or 'modify' (preferred with what you want to see modified of course).

I do have the polling option. it's a separate tab on new post or when you edit a first post.
If you give me a setup of the poll you want, I will add them to all the new proposals in Guidelines
