Waze forum

I've tried uploading log files of some crashs for some time now, but it fails consistently. In some earlier versions I was able to send logs, but with the recent version they always fail (don't know if it's related to exactly this current version, though).

The dialogs that I see appearing:

Preparing files for upload 1/1
Uploading logs 1/14... (just a quick flash, then the error)
Error sending files (OK)

I'm using Nokia E90 and Waze release 1.4.3.0.

I have this same problem . It seems that it is problem on Symbinan.

I deleted this file, but when I select send log it appears again and the number of logs increases because the error appears again.
What can I do?

you can email us to support@waze.com with the file as attachment. it's located at the phone memory main folder name: waze_log.txt .
please add description of what happen prior the crash.

press dismiss and continue using waze.
it won't appear next time.

SAME PROBLEM, on n95 this time..
if it'll help my version is release 1.4.3.8

ALSO, my points and newly mapped roads are not uploaded..

I found 4 *.wud files under e:\data\others\maps\queue

maybe i can submit them manually and et some points!!!???
