Place Point name for Rental Apartment Complexes

Apologies if this has been decided, but I could not find anything doing a search here and in the wiki.

For rental apartment complexes, people have put in PPs for the rental office locations. However, they are marked differently - I've seen "lodging" and "other". Is there consensus on which to use?

I don't think there is consensus, but I would lean towards "Office".
