Trying to report ie heavy traffic closes down the app

Ok any ideas on this please? Driving along hit the orange button on the right up comes the icons select for example traffic, hit heavy traffic and up comes a box saying unfortunately waze has stopped working and then the app closes down and im back on my phone home screen,any ideas ?

I hope you resolved his problem.

Typical suggestions include
* remove app from memory and try again
* reboot the phone and try again
* delete the app and reinstall; try again.

If the problem persists after that, contact the Waze team to report it.

You can also upload a debug log as part of your report. Waze team only follows up on uploaded debug logs if there is a support request referring to it by your username and the approximate time the problem happened.
