Login/Account problems & issues

I joined Waze over a year ago. I do not believe my account was associated with an email address. When I switched to a new phone, because I cannot remember my password and there is no email address associated with it, I cannot recover my password. I took some screenshots of my waze account info before I moved to my new phone if it helps. My user ID was FENER34, rank 479 and had 81235 points. Can you help me recover my account please?

I forgot both my password and username. I then requested a password reset email to be sent to my inbox. Nothing ever hit my inbox. I finally emailed Waze Support. They automatically sent me a step by step process to make a new account or gain access to my old account. Neither worked because the email that I use already exists in the Waze data base. I have 2 other emails that I use but I rather fix the problem now than just shrugging it off and using a different email.

Hi all,

Is anyone facing Waze unable to connect? Been tried to re-install the apps, update my ios to the latest version but still unable to connect. :(

I have an account mastercysp with the email mastercysp@gmail.com.
The problem occurs because I have used the email mastercysp@gmail.com as a username for a waze account. Now I whant to restore the password for the account mastercysp but when I try to do that, waze directs me to restore the password for the account mastercysp@gmail,com.

I had to reset my phone about a month ago and lost my user name. What I mean by this is, when I reinstalled waze, even though I used the same email as before, it lost all my stats and I had to pick a new user name (My old user name was stiv2k). I even tried to delete my account and create it again, but no matter what I do, it keeps saying the user name stiv2k is taken. Why? :cry:

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I had tried that, but all it does is delete the second account, it does not let me get back to the original username. It keeps saying the username is taken. The password I used no longer works. And, I never get any email to reset it for some reason. I don't understand why.

Waze has access to SMS. When text arrives it grabs code, writes it in and goes on.

Go to Settings->Account & Login, scroll down to Login Info. Is your number and email there?
