Hi,
I also lost the info from my previous account world_y5tvafly linked to my email {REMOVED}
Now I can only retrieve info from another when I try to recover.
Any idea how to recover the world_y5tvafly?

Hi Guys

I have been using Waze for about three weeks now, almost every week day.
None of my mileage/points etc have been accumulating.

Is there a server issue or is it a software/device issue?
I am using an iPhone 6S, ios 11.4.1 and the latest Waze (Not too sure of the version)

Any help would be appreciated.

I switched phone and the app didn't allow me to log into my account, even though it showed it to me.
I had to use the app so I created a new account. I lost all of my favorites, history, points, everything.
How do I get my account back?

I had a similar event. Upgraded from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7Plus. I started using Waze and all my favorites were available as all my recent destinations. I noted that I was listed as a guest. I went ahead and signed in with username and password. At that point all my data was gone. It's been more than the 48 hours above.

So how to I get the old data the moved over when I upgraded phone back but went away after i logged in back?

Hi,

I'm unable to log in in the app with username and password. Username and password are correct and when I type them in the app for log in, I get an error message that login failed. Can you help?

Something took place on my phone or the Waze app to cause me to no longer be recognized or known to log-in and retain my account, points, favorites, etc. When I enter the phone number associated with the account it is recognized and a verification code is sent. After entering the code and hitting next, a bar comes up at the bottom that says: Yes, it's me! When I click on that bar, a audible sound is made, but the app never moves forward from there....just sits with the same screen displayed. Any help or advice? Thanks.

i just bought a new phone recently. And i am trying to login to my existing account. Problem with my account is i did not link to email address previously due to the account is created 5 years before and the email field is not mandatory. However i did link my account to my hp number. I tried to link my email in my old phone, but my ID was logout all of the sudden.

I contacted waze support team but their reply was so unprofessional! I told them my issue and they reply me by copy and paste from the website which i have read. Then they tell me that due to privacy and security reason, they unable to grant access that are not link to email address which is an excuse for me! I told them that i can provide any information of that account to prove i am the owner. Yet they copy and paste the same sentence about the granting access. I just need to get back my old account as i rely on my waze account for 5 years! I need someone responsive that can communicate like a person with me , not a robot.

Please help !

i dont understand, by creating an app, accounts issue are the most basic & common thing that need to be develop. but waze cant even retrieve an account/reset the user password which they say they have no rights? this issue is already been there since 2004 and yet waze did not even improve any single thing about accounts issue. So many people here including me, contribute to waze and yet we been treated like nobody else. honestly waze support team is the worst, emailing with them is like communicate with noobs. sorry to be rude but the way they reply doesnt even feel like helping you. Why is it so hard to get back our account? this is my first time that i couldnt reset my password because of the poor apps design.
