Level 3 Unlock/Change Anaheim CA

I would like to request an update to a LVL 3 locked map. The road (showed in the attached picture) is accessible from the street.

Can anyone with level 3 access please assist?

Steve has it right...there's an Update Request (UR) for that address (Candlewood Suites). What's the question or issue? Or is it the right turn that's disabled?

And I guess an issue with the turn that is enabled. Well, was. I think that will take care of routing issues there. :/
