Some advertisers are showing wrong information with their ads. It could be wrong location, wrong address or any other wrong detail.
In many cases the advertising pins are linked to Places in WME, yet some are not.
When an ad is linked to Place in WME you may be able to adjust the information, depending on your rank, but the changes you made will not take immediate affect, it will be sent to Waze marketing group for verification and after approval it will affect the ad in the client.

For those who are unable to make adjustments to advertising Places, or in the event that the ad is not showing a Place in WME, please use Waze's Misplaced Ad Pin Support Form: https://support.google.com/waze/answer/7402261?hl=en

• Name of advertiser
• Permalink to the incorrect location within WME. Please do not create a Place. Just the closest approximation of where the ad is on the map
• Permalink to the Place in WME
• Screenshot of the Ad within the client (phone app). Attachment below shows exactly how the screenshot MUST look. Go to the ad within the client and tap once on the ad to see an image like the one below
• What needs to be corrected: (for example, change address to..., move to new PL location)
