This is normal, the US is on a different server than in Europe (NA), if you used Waze in the US you were switched to that server on which you have no points. You should wait at least 7 days while driving back in Europe for you to be switched on the other server (INTL) again and your points will come back.

I had checked the user profile before moving the post and https://www.waze.com/fr/user/editor/InteHH does indeed show 2014 and is the same username as the poster is using here. I'm not sure where you see a new account?

Actually you can. Any Waze user can login WME and edit even if they've never gone on the forum.

The fact that his forum profil dates from today simply indicates that he had never logged in the Waze forum until today, the join date on the forum always matches that moment and not the actual time when someone created their Waze account.

I reinstalled Waze (latest beta) about a week ago and have driven hundreds of miles, yet I'm still a baby with a sword.

If I can drop a dot on a cop or an accident and have it show up right away on other Wazers' apps, I don't see why it should take me over a week to get the proper avatar bling back.
