I'm referring to issues we are having in Southern California. More than one airport, when you use the navigation button from Uber or Lyft, routes to the Google pin location rather than the Waze. This ends up routing them to the back side of the airport which is a military installation in one case! Add to that the option to search for a specific terminal and departure vs arrival, and you can provide the passenger a better experience.vagabond2011 wrote: One other person might argue steadfastly, that you don't need a GPS at all, or navigation Especially for airports in your city! But ultimately, while you might be better off yourself not having the integration, it shouldn't be a stretch to know that people and cities vary, and often times the benefits of integration will outweigh the costs; even the cost of accuracy you described. Hence, the existence of the navigation button
Does this apply in all cases? Nope. But I can think of 4 airports in my area that work this way.
