Sources: UR11129991 Missing exit, Test routes via App

Notes: The missing speed limit is probably causing a route calculation error for App users and Wazers are being routed around an extra roundabout rather than using this slip road

Good news: I've unlocked the segment for you to update
Bad new: speed limits have absolutely no effect on routing

Waze using the history of speed data to make routing decisions so it appears that it honestly believes the route via the roundabout is quicker. Since the UR was at rush hour I know that the M4 is pretty horrendous so it might be right.. or just that there was an issue on that particular day so other users had recorded slower than normal speeds on that segment.
