Reason for unlock: The speed limit along this stretch (side 1, side 2) of road is 80, as well as part of this section (will have to be split into 2 segments each way), not a mix of 90/80 that it used to be. I will update and verify speed limit on all these segments.

Hopefully I've done this right, it's my first one (of many hopefully)

Edit: Waze editor seemed to have problems with selecting both sides of road for the first link, so I've done it in 2 links.
