I didn't realise these could be changed on a per-country basis, to be honest.

The only ones I'm aware of here are:

1. Deleting segments: L2 and above.
2. Approve places: not sure, but somewhere highish
3. Real time closures: I think it's L5, but also not sure
4. Junction boxes: L5

Do you know if there's a global version of this list? If there is then we might match whatever that is, because we've never discussed these restrictions or asked Waze for anything in particular - although we did ask for junction box rights for one editor and that was definitely an L5-only feature.

The Closure right in Ireland has been lowered to L4 on 15/11/2015.

No everything can be changed per-user though. We tried to give an L4 editor JB rights, and ended up making that editor L5 instead
