unable to enter newer road where I live

Hi, I am trying to enter a 3 year old road with homes on it. However, I cannot seem to be able to save the change, nor remove a nearby road that doesn't exist. https://www.waze.com/en-US/editor?lon=- ... 381&zoom=5#

Which road(s) need attention? Do you have the Editable Areas layer on when you try to edit? You can only edit within a mile of where you're driven with the Waze app on over the last 90-ish days.
