Unable to Login to Editor!!!

I'm unable to login to the Waze editor part of the Waze site. However I'm able to login on the app and to the other parts of the Waze site. I have submitted support and they asked to clear cache, and so I did, but it still does not work. Does anyone have a fix?

Before I email staff directly to look into it, have you tried different computers and browsers?

Chadguy, I'm not seeing anything on our end. You've also tried to use different computers? Can you check your forum inbox to see if you've ever gotten one regarding editing practices?

I have tried with FireFox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome(the pic from first post). The Internet Explorer just keeps showing the circle going around and around. I have tried with another Computer.
