Change business address

Hi there,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but we are looking to change a business address in Waze.
The business is:
GOLD + ARROW
It's a salon in Portland. The previous address is 1221 SW ALDER ST.
PORTLAND, OR 97205

The new Address: 302 NW 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97209, United States

The business has moved and you can see the updated address on Google, https://www.instagram.com/goldandarrowsalon/ and Yelp.

What city/state?
What is the business name?
What is the old address?
What is the new address?

Our business address for i.e. SmartSystems is not showing the new company address in Waze it’s showing the old one which if 2+ years old.  

instead of showing 
15200 E Hardy Rd Houston, Tx 

it should show 
23219 W Hardy Rd 
Spring, Tx 77373

Gregory,
The old location is not listed in Waze.  This is most likely one of two things: First it could be an old search result or saved place that they keep getting routed to.  The second is a cached Google Maps pin for the location.

The new location was also not in Waze. I have added it and linked the one Google Maps entry I could find.

Anyone reporting they are having issues should remove it from navigation history (and saved places if it's there) before searching again.
